Almost the sixty percent of information you receive in your hotmail’s account is more than important, especially if you use your hotmail’s account for working and studying, the information you’ll receive in that account will be useful at the end.
The problem comes when you need that information with you and you don’t own a smartphone or a way to read this information without the need to have it in paper.
That is why we’ll explain you how to print your hotmail’s messages in some simple steps, but to do this you’ll need a printer (otherwise, even if you do the correct process, nothing will print those messages).
First of all, log-in to your Hotmail account and head to your Inbox, the place where all the messages are saved.
Now you’ll be able to see al your messages, but this time, do not open any of them, just mark those you want to print (to mark them, just click on the box next to the title of the message and a little mark will appear in that box).
Now, to start printing those messages, you’ll need to click on the printer icon on the hotmail’s toolbar, or either press “Control”, “Shift” and “P” and the same time.
A new window will pop-up, and now you’re able to configure everything, like when you print a regular doc file, including size of the page, which printer you want to print it with (in case you have more than one), and many other things.
One everything is ready, just click on “Next” and the printer will start printing your messages, or message, depending on the amount of messages you marked as to print.
With this, you won’t need to be in a hurry looking for a way to visualize your important documents, you’ll be able to look for them without having internet or a computer, just looks into your bag or wherever you put your printings and you’ll have them right there.
